Use explosion-proof solid state relays. Equipped with vacuum pressure-relief device, it can not only reduce the boiling point of solvent, save energy and improve efficiency, but also can automatically pump the waste solvent through the device.

This equipment is composed of a lift-type exposing machine, connection-type plate washing machine, and a drawer-type de-sticking and drying plate integrated machine.
The printing unit is equipped with an automatic air-cooling heat sink, so that when making a high-net-line flexo, the temperature will not be too high due to long-term exposure and affect the quality of the plate. The printing plate adopts high-energy, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, stable and durable UVA-LED lamp as the light source, the energy is more than 40% stronger than the traditional exposure lamp. The lifting device adopts a combined transmission motor, and the suction adopts a high-quality, oil-free, dry, silent and durable vacuum pump.
The washing plate adopts a computer touch screen control system, with automatic pressure positioning, automatic solvent constant temperature, automatic replenishment and discharge of solvents, high-pressure air jet and other devices. The hydrophilic part of the washing machine is made of 304# stainless steel plate. The pressure adjustment adopts a computer fine-tuning device to be more precise. The pressure range can be set as small as 0.1mm, which is suitable for printing various plates of any thickness. The brush is made of high-quality nylon wire. The plate washing is a round brush + flat brush staggered and rotating movement, and 13 brushes are tapped.
