The high-energy UVA-LED of this unit has the advantages of strong light source penetration, high energy, high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, safety, easy operation, stability, long life, uniform light intensity, and intelligence. The light source intensity is 20 times that of traditional lamps, and the life is 10 times longer; the back exposure uses a 6-row scanning low-energy UVA-LED light source (576 lamp beads). Generally, thin plates only need one round trip to perfectly meet the requirements of the flat back exposure of the flexographic plate bottom. It also has the advantages of high quality, high efficiency, stability, energy saving, long light source life, and uniform light energy of the main exposure light source. The exposure machine has this unit, making flexographic plate production easier. It not only saves labor, but also eliminates the risk of damage to the flexographic plate due to reprinting; 34 sets of traditional 60W/UVA lamps are installed on the top cover to suit some flexographic plates with special production requirements. The main exposure high-energy LED light source is used for curing first, and then the traditional UVA light source is used for supplementary exposure.
